One Big Cultur is proud to feature Solar Dreams, a bold new campaign and bag collection by PIECES* Studios and Exante Projects. Directed, styled, and art-directed with an eye for cultural storytelling, this project pushes the boundaries of design while paying homage to iconic fashion influences.
The campaign draws inspiration from Raf Simons’ AW95/96 campaign and the stripped-back aesthetic of early Yeezy Seasons 1 & 2, reimagined through a lens of African futurism, minimalism, and utilitarian styling. The result is a striking visual language that feels timeless yet futuristic, rooted in culture yet global in reach.

At its core, Solar Dreams is about more than accessories it’s about vision. The collection’s sculptural bags are not only functional but also act as objects of art, with clean lines, innovative forms, and textures that celebrate craftsmanship. These bags are a reminder that design can carry both utility and storytelling, merging practicality with cultural identity.

By spotlighting Solar Dreams, One Big Cultur continues its mission to uplift emerging creative voices and projects that shape conversations around style, heritage, and innovation.
For us, this is not just about showcasing a collection, but about creating a cultural moment amplifying a campaign that blends global design references with African creativity.

The Solar Dreams collection is now available at pieces.studio/shop.
